Since we sell online you can always contact us to request to Try before you Buy. This service is available in Egypt only and the charges of this service is the responsibility of the customer

Changed your mind or the item didn't fit? No problem.

You have 7 days from the day parcel was received to let us know and send it back.

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with original tags and in original packaging; simply in the same condition as you received them.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. 

SALE items cannot be returned.

When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages. Zenelle is not responsible for the cost of return postage.
